Kara is the Business Relations Manager, who has worked hand in hand with many different customers in many different walks of life, to help them achieve one of the biggest issues many companies face, how to avoid missing those after hours calls. In addition to working closely with many customers at AAS over the years, she also has extensive knowledge with medical software and billing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has a very loving and devoted husband, Wesley, a wonderful son Conner, and two lovable fur babies named Lloyd and Olive.

Angela is a wife and mother of two wonderful children. She enjoys outdoor activities and quality time with her family. Angela has 10 years of highly dedicated and professional customer relations experience. She has an outstanding record of providing superb customer service.
Communication Specialist Supervisor
Becca has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She began with providing billing support at MJS and Associates, assisting home health agencies with account management and collections. This led to her move to the HealthTrust Software team as a Customer Support Representative. At HTS, she worked in Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Research, as well as overseeing the Customer Support division. She now provides training and oversight for the evening crew here at Advanced Answering Solutions.
Tiffany is one of our Communication Specialists, she is dedicated to making each client happy with every conversation. She always brings a great attitude with her in every direction of the business which makes her an important asset to AAS. In her free time she enjoys, hunting, fishing and has a passion for singing, she has even tried out for The Voice
